• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Al Arabia Shop.
• Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
